4. Delivery Locations

We currently deliver to all cities in India. We may expand our delivery services to other regions in the future.

5. Tracking Your Order
 • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your order’s status.
 • You can track your order through the link provided in the shipment confirmation email.

6. Shipping Methods

We work with reliable third-party shipping carriers to ensure timely and safe delivery. The shipping method used may vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.

7. Delivery Address
 • It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct and complete shipping address at the time of order placement. SkinHutApothecary.in will not be responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect address details.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts
 • If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address or unavailability at the delivery address, the package may be returned to the sender.
 • In such cases, you may be required to pay an additional shipping fee for re-shipment of the order.

9. Packaging

We ensure that all products are carefully packaged to ensure their safety during transit. If you receive a damaged package, please notify us immediately at Skinhutapothecary@gmail.com along with photos of the damage.

10. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
