At SkinHutApothecary.in, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we have set clear guidelines for cancellations and refunds.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about your purchase. You may cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, provided that the order has not been dispatched or processed.

To cancel your order within the allowed time frame:
 • Contact us via email at Skinhutapothecary@gmail.com within 3 hours of making your purchase.
 • Please provide your order number and request the cancellation.

Once the cancellation request is processed, you will receive a confirmation email.

After 3 hours from the time of purchase, we regret that we will not be able to process cancellations, as your order will be in the preparation or shipping phase.

2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our products (cosmetics and personal care items), and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer refunds once the order is placed, even if the order is not yet dispatched.

We strongly advise you to review your order carefully before finalizing the purchase. Once the purchase is confirmed, it is deemed final and non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Skinhutapothecary@gmail.com with your order details and images of the damaged product. We will review the issue and offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

4. Exceptions

Please note that any product that has been used or opened cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. If the packaging is damaged upon delivery, we request you to inform us immediately to assess the situation.
